SPORTS

Our team currently offers swimming, basketball, athletics (track & field), golf, bowling, poly (floor) hockey, softball, powerlifting (weight), and bocce.

Athletes are expected to attend at least 80% of scheduled practices. Please do not sign up for a sport if you cannot make that commitment. Most sports seasons are 8-12 weeks in duration. Practices are generally held weekly for 1.5 hours. Athletes should participate in all practices.
